Famulari, Butto & Higginbottom, PLLC is comprised of three partners: F. David Famulari, Gino J. Buttó, and Samual C. Higginbottom. We have spent years at sea as captains before earning law degrees from the University of Miami School of Law. We now draw upon that experience in evaluating claims and developing litigation strategies.

In addition to our practical experience, we are Board Certified in Admiralty and Maritime Law by the Florida Bar. Board Certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar for the competency and experience of a lawyer practicing in a specialty area. Board certified lawyers are “Evaluated for Professionalism, Tested for Expertise.”  As explained by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, “the Florida Bar's certification process is to recognize in various fields of specialization exceptional attorneys, meaning those who stand out from others in all of the ways that make an attorney outstanding.” Doe v. Florida Bar, 630 F. 3d 1336, 1338 (11th Cir. 2011).
